web conference call

I am trying to create a video call using iChat on my Mac and my parents using AIM on their PC - we both have AIM accounts and usernames. It used to work through a programme called Trillian but now that doesn’t work either - there’s always an error connecting. Have tried turning off firewalls as well but that doesn’t work either. We can use a web-based programme called meebo but the video windows are tiny. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Why dont u and yr parents both download Skype. I assume u have a webcam?! Skype is free to download, all calls are free. There is nothing to pay whatsoever and connection is very good.
