Hi,
I’m looking to find out more about new web technologies, software, interactivity, usability, etc. Can anyone recommend the best, major and just plain fun conferences and/or tradeshows that I should attend (within the U.S.)?
(I’ve already got the Jakob Nielson’s Usability Conference on my schedule!)
Also, I’ve got the basic software - Macromedia Studio (Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Freehand), Adobe .PDF writer & Photoshop — Can anyone recommend any additional standard software that no web producer/designer should be without? Feel free to tell me about stuff that’s just plain fun, too.
