Do you have the right to insist on an invoice if you buy online a product on a British website that sells software for immediate download and that is paid via paypal? With an invoice I mean a proper invoice that meets the requirements to be recognized as an invoice (tax id, address, date, company name, taxed amount, amount without taxes etc..) If yes, how can you get one anyway if they refuse to give you one?
